 Culture Through Science

Science and culture are not separate—they blend beautifully:

  • Festivals & Science: Diwali cleaning, Holi natural colors, Makar Sankranti foods

  • Cultural Practices & Health: Yoga, barefoot walking, eating with hands

  • Mythology & Nature: Panchatantra teaches ecosystems, constellations, and biology

  • Experiments with Culture: Making festival crafts, cooking traditional foods, measuring shadows

  • STEM in Culture: Temple architecture, Ayurveda, textiles, calendars & astronomy

Our Mission

We believe education is the foundation of strong identities and responsible communities. India’s timeless heritage offers powerful lessons in harmony, respect, and ethical living—yet many of these values are fading in today’s fast-paced world.

Our mission is to bring Indian culture to life through accessible, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences, especially for students and young minds. By reconnecting with our roots, we inspire pride, celebrate diversity, and help carry forward the values that unite India as a nation.

Celebrating India’s Cultural Heritage

Learning goes beyond academics. By nurturing an understanding of traditions, values, and heritage, we help children develop confidence, empathy, and a strong sense of identity. In a supportive and enriching environment, students grow into well-rounded individuals who are academically capable, emotionally grounded, and deeply respectful of the world around them.

Namaste!

I’m Pooja Katiyar, founder of Nanostepz.

Nanostepz is a joyful learning space where Indian stories, culture, festivals, and values come alive for children in a fun, modern, and engaging way.

Inspired by the values I grew up with—kindness, courage, respect, and gratitude—I aim to reconnect children with their cultural roots through storytelling, art, music, and hands-on activities. Through classes and workshops, I help children build identity, confidence, and pride while making Indian culture meaningful and enjoyable in today’s world.

My journey from research to teaching revealed a gap—knowledge was growing, but cultural roots were fading.
Nanostepz was created to bridge this gap through joyful learning.
Stories, festivals, art, and play help children grow with identity, pride, and values.
